Let me tell you, that you're the luckiest person in the world. Why? Because I'm gonna drop another lesson on you.

The first email I sent today was actually a hard one for me because I knew there were some niches out there (and maybe you're in one of them) that would make people say something like this...

Well shit, what do I do now?

That's why I had this email waiting to follow it up.

There is a secret about niches that nobody talks about and it's going to be hard for me to explain it in just one email but I'll try my best.

With your business you're going to compare yourself to others. It's inevitable.

If your competitor releases a product and it's working well maybe you do something similar. That makes financial sense.

But the people that REALLY do well do something that not many others do.

They create their own niches.

Wait, you can do that? Yep.

You see, niches are confusing as shit. People look at them wrong. They look at them as topics when that isn't really the case.

The niche is the audience. That means your niche can be whatever you want to make it.

You know how some music bands have crazy fanbases? It's not that the fans are fans of rap or rock. They are fans of that band's music. You can classify the music if you want but that's not how the fans see it.

That band has its own niche wrapped around its brand.

So, remember how I talked about the craft "niche" before. That was a discouraging discussion because you might've thought it was not possible to do shit with it, BUT YOU CAN.

What happens is that over time, if you're good at what you do and you get your audience hyped up, your brand is something they become Irrationally Passionate about.

That means your site falls under that Irrationally Passionate category.

Obviously, this isn't the easiest thing in the world to do but it happens.

Do BBC Members love BBC because it's in the how to make money niche or do they love it because they are irrationally passionate about it?

I'm sure you can find blogs in some niches that don't make sense to you that make great money. They've built their own niche around their audience.

Sometimes audiences don't have core problems that can be solved. That was what the other email was about. This email is to let you know that if you can build a brand that unites people around something they have in common and believe in, then you have your own Irrationally Passionate audience and there is your niche.

This new BBC thing I'm building is meant to help you with stuff in both of today's emails. It's pretty damn ambitious of me to do so but it's stuff people miss and are left wondering what they should do with their site.

There is always a way, you just have to pick the path and hopefully I'm going to be the one to help with that.

PS: As you can see there are a couple of different paths your business can take when you look at today's emails. Don't worry, I'm going to help you navigate all of this.
