You probably didn't want to hear that on a Monday did you? But it's true.
You're a sucker.
You're so desperate to latch on to success that you listen to anyone that even pretends that they've had a little bit more success than you. It's not good.
What if I tell you that I know the EXACT number of posts you have to write each month to generate over 50,000 pageviews from Google? Will you believe me?
Probably, but that's because you trust me.
Now what if you were on Facebook and you read that someone discovered how many letters you need in your blog post title to absolutely kill it on Pinterest? Would you start spreading that number around to everyone you knew?
A lot of you would.
I'd say 97% of you reading this email aren't going to make it on your own. That's another terrible thing to say but I don't have anything to prove me wrong.
The reason why most of you won't make it is because you've lost your curiosity. I don't know when it happened or why it happened but that shit is gone. You know how kids always ask questions because they want to learn? That's how you should always be!
People often say that I'm the smartest person they've ever met plus the best looking and most athletic. Nah, just playing, but I do come across as someone that knows their shit and the reason for that is because I'm curious.
How did you learn how to blog? How did you learn how to code? How did you learn how to design? How did you learn to walk?
I was curious. I kept trying to figure out how stuff worked and when someone told me something worked a certain way I asked "why?"
This is why I hate saying "this is the exact action you need to take to succeed" because often that isn't the case. Usually there is something deeper. It's like the dumb manual vs scheduled pinning argument that PEOPLE ARE STILL GOING ON ABOUT.
I do so well with manual pinning so that is obviously the way to go.
I do so well with scheduled pinning so that is obviously the way to go.
Dumb.
When did you ever ask WHY either of these methods are working for whoever is saying it? You don't. Instead, you just latch on to what they say because they say they've had some level of success so you want to latch on to that success as well.
It's the reason why the how to make money niche will always be successful. You can always find people that will easily attach to a dream you sell them. It's a pretty dangerous game.
Alright, let's have some fun.
I need you to sit down for what I'm going to tell you next.
Next month the Billionaire Blog Club is disappearing. It will no longer exist.
I didn't stutter so don't look at me that way.
Over the past 18 months I've helped almost 1,000 bloggers. Let me rephrase that. I've tried to help almost 1,000 bloggers. I've succeeded with a lot. However, I haven't succeeded with all of them and that bothers me.
I don't think you can get a better overall blogging education anywhere else or the kind of support you can get with BBC but over the past 18 months I've come to understand how some people think.
Talent, knowledge, or passion aren't the things that are holding a lot of people back.
It's mentality.
What I've done with the Billionaire Blog Club is create a place where people with the right mentality can easily (yes, easily) succeed. I see it every week when people post new wins of their success, but then there are those that don't mention any wins.
The problem is that not everyone has the mentality to succeed through the ways that BBC has set up for them. Does this mean that they can't ever succeed?
Of course not. It just means that almost everything you've learned in life that is holding you back has to be erased. There needs to be a reprogramming so that requires something bigger.
I've always said that you aren't building a blog, you're building a business but I think that mindset doesn't stick to a lot of people. When you work on your blog you get too caught up in doing super well on Pinterest or SEO or whatever other fad is out there.
You get so caught up in those things for months on end that you don't really create the business that you probably want for long term success.
That's why the Billionaire Blog Club is disappearing and being replaced with something better and more courageous.
Over the next couple of weeks I'll slowly share more details and things but I'll answer some of the more obvious questions today.
Since this email is going out to non-BBC members and BBC members alike I'm going to combine things.
- What happens to current BBC Members? You'll be moved over to the new site all smooth like. You're good to go.
- Are the courses disappearing? Not at all, but they are being enhanced. I'm not just talking new content, I'm talking a whole new experience. I'm coding this from the ground up to be the best educational experience for everyone.
- Are we still going to get the ridiculously low prices for EVERYTHING? Nope. Last time BBC's doors were open you were able to get EVERYTHING for just $397. I don't think people understand how ridiculous of a price that is considering what they get. That's going away. With the new site if you want to get access to everything you'll need to spend over $1500.
Let's talk about that last point a bit more.
Some courses you'll be able to buy individually so that lowers the price some but why raise the price on everything?
It's not a money issue because I think with the current price I make the same on volume that others make with a higher price. Plus, it's WAY HARDER to sell higher priced items.
It all comes back to mentality.
People that spend a certain amount of money are more open to listening. How many $20 blog resources have you purchased that you still pay attention to?
99% of you probably won't be able to afford the new stuff and that sucks but it's also means that you need to sit down and look at your life. If money is an issue already then maybe that issue needs to be resolved before trying to start a business.
I don't like saying that because I know LIFE just throws shit at you that is hard to recover from but I'm not your savior.
What I teach will help in the long term but short term? I can't do it. I just can't.
If I asked you could you be a success if you worked on something every day for 3 years then, of course, you would say "yes".
Well, guess how long successful bloggers are working on their businesses? Probably longer than you want to turn your life around.

$368,478.26.
That's how much I've made so far this year. It would take my Mom 7+ years to make that much at her job. I mention this because her mentality about money and business differs from mine. She's smarter than me, works harder than me, and in general is a more awesome person but her mentality has held her back her whole life.
I want to help a lot of people take things to the next level beyond just hoping to get 1,000 pageviews a month with their blog. Yes, that's a nice small step but I'm ready to shift things to life-changing money and that means things need to change.
I've talked with the World's Most Awesome Community Manager, Marybeth, and she has suggested that I open the doors one more time to BBC since this is a huge change. I agree with her so on July 27th the doors to BBC will open one last time for one week.
The price again will be $397. That means you have 2+ weeks to make it happen. If you can, then great. If you can't, you'll figure something out later with the new thing. I mean, if you really want to.
When you sign up for BBC you'll be moved over to the new experience in August. I know I'm pretty vague on things and I promise to share more as time goes on.
For now, I just want you to sit down and think about how you are holding yourself back. Not the world. Not your friends and family. You.
I think it's time to get curious.

If you aren't a BBC Member please don't take this email as a scare tactic. I'm just writing to inform you because the last thing I want is for you to tell me that you weren't ready. This is simply an evolution of my own business. You'll go through evolutions of your buness as well.
